Olivia R. McDowell
Olivia McDowell is an associate attorney in Lamson Dugan & Murray’s litigation department, focusing on medical malpractice and insurance defense litigation. Olivia has tried cases in both Nebraska and Iowa and advises clients throughout the litigation process. Olivia also assists medical practitioners in both Nebraska and Iowa with Board inquiries. Olivia graduated magna cum laude from Creighton University School of Law with a litigation certificate. Prior to law school, Olivia obtained a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and spending time with her husband, family, and spoiled goldendoodle, Brooks.
