Lamson Dugan & Murray Names Three New Partners

Lamson Dugan & Murray LLP (LDM) names Craig W. Benson, David A. Changstrom and Ellen K. Geisler as partners.

Craig W. Benson is a corporate attorney specializing in tax law, business succession, and private wealth planning. A trusted advisor, he has influenced Nebraska’s business and trust laws through legislative work and is a sought-after speaker on advanced tax and succession topics. Craig also serves on boards for the American Cancer Society (Omaha), the Ralston Chamber of Commerce and the Nebraska State Bar Association’s Tax Section Executive Committee.

David A. Changstrom, previously an associate in LDM’s Litigation Department, focuses on business disputes, product liability and professional malpractice cases. He earned his law degree from Creighton University School of Law, where he contributed to the Creighton Law Review, served on the Moot Court Board, and earned CALI Excellence Awards in Constitutional Law and Civil Procedure. After law school, David clerked for Judge Gary A. Fenner in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri.

Also formerly an associate in LDM’s Litigation Department, Ellen K. Geisler focuses on commercial litigation and representing individuals and companies in business and contractual disputes. She also handles employment and labor disputes, advocating for both employees and employers in matters like employment discrimination and workplace injuries. Ellen graduated with distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law, serving on the Nebraska Law Review and as an officer for the Moot Court Board. She received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for her work at the civil clinic.
