Lamson Dugan & Murray LLP Elects Brian J. Brislen to Management Committee
Lamson Dugan and Murray LLP announces the election of Brian J. Brislen as the newest member of the Management Committee. This decision, made by the Partnership of the Firm, solidifies Brian’s position alongside Omaha Partners Patrick G. Vipond and Cathy Trent-Vilim as well as West Des Moines Partner Rick Harris.
Brian is a partner in LDM's Litigation Department, focusing on corporate, business, and commercial litigation. He has extensive experience in tort liability claims and regulatory/administrative law and has handled jury and non-jury matters at the state, federal, and administrative levels. Brian also guides clients through alternative dispute resolution proceedings. He holds an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell. Additionally, Brian has taught Legal Writing and Lawyering Skills at Creighton University School of Law and frequently judges mock trial and appellate advocacy competitions for students.
