John M. Walker
John Walker is a partner in the Litigation Department, representing individuals and corporations in trust, estate, tax litigation, business dissolutions, commercial disputes, and personal injury cases. With nearly 20 years of experience, he offers a unique perspective, having represented both injured individuals and insurance companies in jury trials. He also handles commercial and insurance defense matters, including professional defense, product liability, and multi-million dollar roof and storm damage claims. A magna cum laude graduate of Creighton University, John was involved in several moot court competitions. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his wife and four children, coaching youth sports, and running.
