Craig F. Martin is a partner in Lamson Dugan & Murray’s Corporate Department, specializing in the construction industry. He represents contractors, subcontractors, developers, owners, materials suppliers, and design professionals in construction disputes, covering both private and public projects. When disputes arise, Craig assists clients with claim preparation, arbitration, mediation, dispute resolution boards, debt collection, and mechanics’ lien and bond remedies. He advises on alternative dispute resolution procedures that provide cost-effective solutions to litigation. Additionally, Craig is the primary author of the Construction Contractor Advisor blog, focusing on legal trends and best practices in construction. He also serves on the boards of trade groups, including Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) and the Professional Remodeling Organization (PRO) of Nebraska and Iowa.
