Ryan P. Tunink

Ryan Tunink is a litigation associate attorney in Lamson Dugan & Murray’s West Des Moines office. Ryan grew up in Waukee, graduating from Waukee High School in 2014. From there, he attended Drake University and graduated with honors in Political Science and Law, Politics, and Society. Ryan graduated from the University of Iowa’s College of Law in 2021 where he was a student writer on the Journal of Corporation Law. During law school, Ryan interned with the Attorney General of Iowa and the Iowa Department of Natural Resources.

Most recently, Ryan served two years as law clerk to Judge Julie Schumacher of the Iowa Court of Appeals. While there, he researched and drafted opinions on a variety of issues. In his free time, Ryan enjoys reading, playing with his dog, Murphy, and running.
