Cathy Trent-Vilim Shared Expertise During Panel Discussion on Strategic and Ethical Considerations for Amicus Briefs

Partner Cathy Trent-Vilim participated in a panel discussion for the Nebraska State Bar Association’s (NSBA) Appellate Practice Section. The session focused on the strategic importance of amicus briefs, including how to craft persuasive arguments, identify opportunities, and navigate the ethical considerations involved in appellate litigation.
