Bryony J. Whitaker Recently Elected as the New Lawyers Rep for the Iowa Defense Counsel Association

Attorney Bryony J. Whitaker was recently elected as the New Lawyers Representative for the Iowa Defense Counsel Association (IDCA). This role includes being the voice for younger defense lawyers, organizing a deposition bootcamp, contributing to new legislation and assisting with the annual defense counsel conference. The IDCA’s mission is to be the trusted professional voice for the defense of civil litigants. Members of the IDCA include lawyers and claims professionals actively engaged in the practice of law or in work relating to the handling of claims and the defense of legal actions.
