Lamson Dugan & Murray LLP (LDM) welcomes attorneys Josh R. Baumann, Georgia R. Rice and Ryan P. Tunink.

Josh Baumann joins LDM’s Omaha office as a litigation attorney. His areas of expertise include medical malpractice defense, business dispute litigation, wrongful death, personal injury and insurance matters. Prior to joining the Firm, Josh was a Deputy County Attorney for the Douglas County Attorney’s Office and subsequently practiced in civil matters for several years.

Georgia Rice is a litigation attorney in LDM’s West Des Moines office. Georgia graduated from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2022 with honors and was most recently a law clerk for Justice David May of the Iowa Supreme Court during the 2022-23 term. As a law clerk, she drafted opinions and conducted research memorandum on criminal, civil, and attorney disciplinary issues.

Ryan Tunink also joins LDM’s West Des Moines office as a litigation attorney. Prior to joining the Firm, Ryan served two years as law clerk to Judge Julie Schumacher of the Iowa Court of Appeals. While there, Ryan researched and drafted opinions on a variety of issues.
