Sean A. Minahan Presented to Nebraska LEAD Class 40 on Agricultural Law Trends & Challenges

Partner Sean A. Minahan presented to the Nebraska LEAD Class 40 on November 3, 2022 at the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. His presentation covered recent national and regional trends in agricultural law, including issues in farm succession planning, guardians and conservatorships, class action pesticide torts, right to farm laws, water rights and a case study in a recent farm lease dispute. The Nebraska LEAD program has been instrumental in developing leaders and advocates in the agricultural community for the last 40 years. Mr. Minahan is a proud Fellow of Nebraska LEAD Class 31.
