Adam R. Feeney Elected As Chair of NSBA’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Section

Partner Adam R. Feeney was recently elected as Chair of the Nebraska State Bar Association’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Section. This section focuses on increasing awareness of and training in means of resolution of disputes outside of the court litigation, such as mediation and arbitration.
