Daniel C. Pauley, previously of Dunmire, Fisher, Hastings & Pauley, has joined the law firm of Lamson, Dugan & Murray as a partner effective June 1st, 2019.  Daniel will split his time practicing in Omaha, NE and Hastings, NE, as well as the surrounding Tri-City area.  Daniel’s practice focuses on general business, real estate, commercial, corporate, estate planning and probate law.

Daniel and the Lamson, Dugan & Murray firm plan to maintain a physical presence in Hastings, NE.

Daniel continues to be very involved in many civic and charitable organizations in Nebraska.

Daniel and his wife Brooke enjoy spending time with their children and family, going to church, and enjoying the outdoors.

Daniel’s family has been in business in Nebraska for over 100 years in a wide range of areas and Daniel continues the traditions that have been instilled in a long time Nebraska farming, ranching and business family.
